United KingdomIf you buy a large bed it’s not machine washable unless you take to a launderette
A company is built on post sales support and product quality, Not good, looks nice, fab design aesthetic but anything above a large bed won’t fit in your washing machine so it’s useless. Spoke to customer service and they said they’d pass the comments on, but no refund as tags removed. In my view this product has been mis sold, such a shame as company seemed great at point of purchase, and like to support a small business but it’s not realistic with a muddy Labrador to take this to a launderette, and it doesn’t fit in my machine, I won’t buy from them again as they said ‘they assume customers would be aware they may need to go to a launderette’ which isn’t fair, they should have this on their website. I’ve wasted £80. Bad for the environment as well as it smells and not usable, as not washable.
